Art Outsource Manager - Metaverse

Our metaverse group is seeking talented individuals to help our partners bring their metaverse ambitions to life. This dynamic team combines expertise in creative concept and design, art and content production, game development and Web3 engineering, and dev and live operations.

Your Role:
- Manage the production of various art assets, including concept, environment, character, vehicle, and animation assets, through third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with the art department, designers, and production team to establish and maintain a production schedule for outsourcing.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for the art production pipeline.
- Coordinate the creation of test assets for evaluating new outsourcing partners and provide constructive feedback.
- Act as the main point of contact for communication and coordination with external vendors and partner studios.
- Motivate and oversee outsourcing partners, ensuring adherence to schedules and meeting established deliverables.
- Develop processes for reviewing, providing feedback, and approving delivered assets.
- Exhibit problem-solving skills to address any complications, setbacks, or obstacles that may arise.
- Proficient in creating schedules, setting milestones, and tracking associated deliverables.
- Familiarity with project management software, such as JIRA.
- Responsible for integrating outsourced assets into source control.

- Previous experience in outsourcing management or a similar production role.
- Strong understanding of the game industry and the art creation process, including 3D software and techniques.
- Excellent teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with external brands is a plus.
This position offers remote, hybrid, or in-office work arrangements. While our London office in Spitalfields provides an exceptional workspace, we support employees who prefer working from home, either part-time or full-time.
