Job Summary
BitGo is seeking to expand our Ecosystem Sales team at the Associate level, reporting to the Managing Director of the Ecosystem Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced business development professionals in financial services and cryptocurrency, with a focus on North/South America and European timezones.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Ecosystem to manage client relationships.
- Assist in ongoing deals by preparing presentations, proposals, and liaising with internal teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis on various aspects of the crypto ecosystem.
- Aid in developing new services targeting developers and early-stage startups.
- Assist in managing client relationships, including contracting, administrative tasks, billing, and liaising between internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in cryptocurrency markets and BitGo's range of services.
- Manage client requests, issues, and initiatives across various teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of client-facing experience
- 2+ years of experience in the crypto industry
- Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
- Comprehensive understanding of the crypto ecosystem and market trends
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to strategize based on data
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
- Existing relationships with coin foundations, token projects, and Venture Capital firms
- Experience in startup environments
- Knowledge of financial markets, custody, prime brokerage, lending, or trading
