Responsibilities:

Produce AR aging reports and review customers/partners' statements.

Identify overdue accounts and initiate collections on overdue invoices to maintain a targeted Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) under 60 days.

Nurture positive relationships with customers/partners while addressing any billing inquiries or disputes.

Collaborate with Sales, Data Scientist, and Staking team to resolve discrepancies in billing and payments from customers/partners.
