Product Manager, Token Management

Role Overview

We seek a Product Manager dedicated to Token Management to evolve our current product into a comprehensive platform. In this role, you will collaborate with crypto founders, protocol teams, and DAOs to understand their challenges and requirements deeply and translate these insights into valuable products, features, and services.

This position is full-time in either our San Francisco or New York offices to facilitate quick decision-making, collaboration, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to develop top-tier token management solutions.
• Directly engage with crypto founders, DAOs, and protocol teams to address their pain points and provide integrated solutions.
• Take charge of the product roadmap, strategy, and execution in alignment with our broader on-chain ecosystem vision.
• Establish key success metrics and continuously enhance adoption, usability, and business impact.
• Promote the product globally, engaging with crypto teams to understand their needs, solve problems, and drive adoption.
• Uphold product innovation to ensure our token management tools lead the market in security, compliance, and functionality.

Desired Qualifications

• Possess 4+ years of product management experience in fintech, blockchain, or related industries.
• Comprehensive knowledge of token lifecycles, vesting schedules, and on-chain financial operations.
• Prior experience collaborating with crypto founders, DAOs, or protocol teams, ideally with a background in founding a project.
• Demonstrated experience in transitioning a product from early-stage to a widely-adopted solution.
• Hands-on approach, thriving in fast-paced environments and willing to delve into details as needed.
• Passion for advancing digital assets in the global economy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, balancing long-term strategy with swift execution.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your level and location, the compensation for this role averages between $160,000 - $200,000 USD base salary. In addition, equity, an annual performance bonus, and the outlined benefits are part of the total compensation package.
