Security Manager

We are seeking a versatile individual to fulfill the role of Security Manager who can contribute to our worldwide information security efforts. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security controls to safeguard sensitive data, infrastructure, and client assets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will enhance the information security program, ensure compliance with various regulators’ information security regulations, and address emerging security threats in the swiftly evolving cryptocurrency sector. The role involves working during regular local business hours with occasional evening meetings if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating existing security controls against standards and regulations
• Devising controls to secure digital assets effectively
• Maintaining and ensuring the functionality of current information security controls
• Ensuring adherence to information security regulations set by financial regulators
• Strengthening the commitment to security best practices like C4 and BSSC
• Applying NIST CSF 2.0 to enhance the security program
• Offering guidance on security best practices

Skills & Experience:

Required:

• At least 6-7 years of experience in information security
• Proficiency with NIST CSF 2.0 or similar frameworks
• Demonstrated success in consolidating requirements into a unified control system
• Track record of collaborating across teams to achieve information security objectives
• Hands-on experience with information security compliance tools
• Exposure to working with at least one financial regulator
• Technical background and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
• Strong communication skills to convey technical details to non-technical audiences
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM are advantageous
