BitGo is currently seeking a dedicated Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing and expanding customer acquisition, paid marketing, and lead generation strategies. Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Devising and executing growth strategies to bolster customer acquisition, engagement, and retention among institutional audiences.
  • Enhancing lead generation efforts through paid advertising, content marketing, email campaigns, and strategic collaborations.
  • Conducting continuous experimentation and A/B testing across various initiatives to enhance conversion rates.

Paid Marketing & Performance Optimization:

  • Taking ownership of and optimizing performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other paid media campaigns.
  • Defining key performance indicators, measuring return on investment, and continuously fine-tuning budget allocations for optimal acquisition efficiency.
  • Collaborating with design and content teams to craft compelling ad creatives and effective landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Implementing retargeting ads, new user acquisition ads, and account-based marketing initiatives to maximize channel efficiency.

Webinars & Events:

  • Spearheading the coordination and execution of impactful webinars, virtual events, and tailored growth initiatives.
  • Orchestrating efforts to boost attendance and engagement for educational and product-focused webinars through CRM, email marketing, and targeted promotions.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to curate content that resonates with key audience segments.

Funnel Optimization & Lead Nurturing:

  • Developing and refining automated lead nurturing sequences by segmenting audiences based on behavior and intent.
  • Collaborating with sales to ensure that marketing-generated leads are appropriately qualified and transitioned for conversion.
  • Leveraging data and insights to personalize messaging, enhance customer journeys, and optimize retention strategies.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Establishing and refining attribution models to gauge marketing effectiveness and optimize expenditure across channels.
  • Consistently reporting on key growth metrics, offering actionable insights and suggestions for continuous enhancement.
  • Utilizing data visualization tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, and Looker to analyze campaign performance and user behavior.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally within the fintech, crypto, or B2B SaaS sectors.
  • In-depth expertise in paid acquisition channels, marketing automation, and funnel optimization.
  • Demonstrated track record of executing impactful marketing campaigns that yield measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing webinars and virtual events as part of a broader growth strategy.
  • Solid collaboration skills and experience working across departments with product, sales, and data teams.

Creator & Partner Growth
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who can drive high-quality users

Own YouTube as a distribution channel through creator collaborations
