Product Manager, Staking

As pioneers in organizational engagement within the fast-evolving Proof of Stake ecosystem, we seek a Staking Product Manager to drive the development of institutional staking solutions by creating products that safeguard billions in digital assets across major networks. This position presents a unique opportunity to address intricate challenges at the convergence of custody, DeFi, and institutional finance in collaboration with prominent players in digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand BitGo's staking offerings.
• Direct a team of engineers and cross-functional representatives in constructing coins infrastructure, DeFi, and wallets for institutional and retail clients.
• Discern noteworthy opportunities in an uncertain domain, solidify support for the roadmap, and collaborate with the team to actualize plans.
• Take charge of the roadmap, strategy, and implementation within your designated area.
• Establish success criteria for the team, define metrics, and formulate processes to measure progress towards objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading projects involving cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in project and program management.
• Track record of defining product vision and strategy, successfully bringing products to market.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Versatility in tasks with an action-oriented approach; adept at design work, QA planning, and client issue resolution.
• Ability to enhance team efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset balanced with a focus on timely delivery.
• Enthusiasm for spearheading digital assets into the global economic forefront.
• Background in Fintech or Blockchain sectors.
