Group Product Manager, Growth

Candidates will be instrumental in driving the development of coins infrastructure, DeFi, and wallets for diverse client segments in both institutional and retail domains. This role entails leading and motivating cross-functional teams, defining strategic roadmaps, and ensuring successful execution within an ever-evolving digital asset landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire teams in developing digital asset solutions for various client needs
• Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities to drive product roadmap planning and execution
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of products within your designated area
• Define success criteria, establish key metrics, and implement measurable processes to track progress towards objectives

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on project delivery
• Proven expertise in conceptualizing product visions, developing strategies, and launching successful products
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Versatility in tasks with a proactive approach to getting things done
• Proficiency in adapting to a dynamic work environment and driving team efficiency
• Attention to detail while maintaining focus on timely delivery
• Passion for driving digital asset adoption in the global economy
• Prior experience in Fintech or Blockchain environments

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on role scope and location, the compensation package for this position typically ranges from $120,000 to $190,000 USD per annum, inclusive of equity, annual performance bonus, and the outlined benefits.
