Focused on creating secure and compliant fiat solutions for the digital finance landscape, our aim is to enhance BitGo's support for international fiat currencies across various jurisdictions. Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in backend and server-side development
• Proficiency in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Strong background in technical system design involving cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices
• Experience with unit and functional testing, debugging, Git/GitHub, and CI tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or related technical field
• Interest and understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Elixir, Phoenix, and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
• Experience developing consumer-facing crypto products
• Track record in building public-facing APIs in a production environment
• Previous exposure to banking integrations, foreign exchange, digital wallets, lending, etc.

Compensation & Benefits:

Depending on location and experience level, the average base salary for this role is between $150,000 - $180,000 USD, along with equity, performance bonuses, and benefits. Benefits include:
