Senior Product Manager, Financing

We are in search of an experienced and driven Product Manager to spearhead the Prime Financing product domain within our Prime Brokerage division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fintech or blockchain spaces, exemplary leadership qualities, and a commitment to advancing digital assets in the worldwide economy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth financial knowledge, encompassing margin lending, credit lines, risk assessment, and collateral management, in structuring prime brokerage financing features tailored for the Web 3.0 environment.
• Exercise leadership to steer a team, including engineers and cross-functional representatives, in optimizing the Prime Financing product area and delivering tailored leveraged financial products to institutional clients.
• Identify growth avenues in the digital asset sphere, craft a comprehensive roadmap, and collaborate efficiently with the team to execute strategic plans convincingly.
• Spearhead the Prime Financing product domain by owning the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader Prime Brokerage goals.
• Establish key metrics for success, monitor performance diligently, and foster continuous improvements.
• Foster collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver innovative financing solutions and ensure seamless integration across product areas.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics to adapt product strategies in alignment with market trends and shifts.
• Engage directly with institutional clients to understand unique needs and incorporate feedback into product development initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in spearheading projects in fintech, blockchain, or related industries, with a proven record of managing teams to deliver complex financial products effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in defining product vision and strategy, launching innovative products, and executing strategic roadmaps successfully.
• Exhibit superb communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Showcase versatility, efficiency in driving team productivity amidst dynamic environments, and an eye for detail to ensure high-quality product delivery in a timely manner.
• Hold a deep understanding of digital assets and leverage and credit products, rooted in industry knowledge and experience with institutional clients.

Pay Transparency Statement: Depending on experience level and location, the base salary for this position typically ranges between $160,000 - $200,000 USD, supplemented by equity, annual performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
