Product Manager, Mobile

The Mobile Product team at BitGo is dedicated to shaping the mobile strategy for the company. This includes the development of two primary mobile applications. The first app focuses on assisting institutions in managing workflows efficiently and securely, while the second aims to make cryptocurrency accessible and applicable in daily life for a broader audience. The Product Manager, Mobile will spearhead the launch and growth of these apps, ensuring exceptional user experiences that garner positive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a comprehensive mobile strategy to ensure seamless and secure user experiences.
• Enhance approval workflows for institutions to streamline transactions and enhance security.
• Develop user-friendly mobile interfaces for retail operations covering buying, selling, staking, lending, and on-chain interactions.
• Oversee the launch of the self-custody wallet, emphasizing security and usability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams to balance user convenience with top-notch security.
• Utilize mobile engagement metrics to enhance user retention and feature adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to expand mobile usage and onboard new users.
• Stay abreast of mobile crypto trends to continuously improve the mobile experience.

Requirements:

• Product management experience of 5+ years, with a preference for expertise in crypto, fintech, or mobile-first applications.
• Proficiency in mobile UX/UI design, with a focus on secure and seamless user interfaces.
• Background in crypto wallets, custody, staking, and blockchain transactions is advantageous.
• Experience working with mobile security teams to ensure compliance and robust protection.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively across functions, aligning engineering, design, and compliance teams.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, high-growth environment without compromising on security protocols.
