Role Overview
This role demands full-time onsite presence at BitGo's Palo Alto office to support teamwork and innovative problem-solving initiatives.
BitGo seeks an individual to fill an Engineering Manager position within the Custody organization, focusing on developing resilient, robust services that allow customers to securely store and access their cryptocurrency while meeting global compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and build an impactful engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
- Assume direct responsibility for ensuring timely delivery and quality of the team's work
- Collaborate with product management, designers, and other stakeholders to create and prioritize the team’s roadmap
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces
- Lead the development of platforms enabling secure crypto application building
- Be accountable for KPIs related to development processes, product quality, and customer value
- Act as a positive interface between engineering teams and various stakeholders
- Align the team with company objectives and client expectations
