Job Location: Candidates must be based in Germany and able to work in Frankfurt office full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer operations and banking transactions
- Managing account openings and closures on the trust accounting system
- Daily transaction processing and data entry tasks
- Conduct system testing and improvements
- Administer and provide operational support for all accounts under management
- Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external information requests
- Actively troubleshoot and resolve account-related queries to support Trust Operations
- Display flexibility by taking on additional duties as required by the Trust Management Team
Requirements:
- Possess 1-2+ years of operations experience in Financial Services or Cryptocurrency, OR hold a Bachelor’s/Advanced Degree in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with tools like emails, spreadsheets, and databases
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task effectively, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a positive attitude
- Exhibit eagerness to constantly improve and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, showing good judgment and decision-making abilities
