Job Location: Candidates must be based in Germany and able to work in Frankfurt office full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer operations and banking transactions
  • Managing account openings and closures on the trust accounting system
  • Daily transaction processing and data entry tasks
  • Conduct system testing and improvements
  • Administer and provide operational support for all accounts under management
  • Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external information requests
  • Actively troubleshoot and resolve account-related queries to support Trust Operations
  • Display flexibility by taking on additional duties as required by the Trust Management Team

Requirements:

  • Possess 1-2+ years of operations experience in Financial Services or Cryptocurrency, OR hold a Bachelor’s/Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with tools like emails, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a positive attitude
  • Exhibit eagerness to constantly improve and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, showing good judgment and decision-making abilities
