A Staking Product Manager at BitGo plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of institutional staking, developing products that secure significant digital assets across major networks. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to address intricate challenges within custody, DeFi, and institutional finance while collaborating with prominent players in the digital asset realm.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the enhancement of BitGo’s staking capabilities
• Guide and inspire a team of engineers and cross-functional representatives in constructing coins infrastructure, DeFi, and wallets for both institutional and retail clients
• Identify key opportunities in a complex domain, establish alignment on the roadmap, and collaborate with the team to implement it
• Take charge of the roadmap, strategy, and execution within your area of responsibility
• Establish success metrics for your team, devise KPIs, and create progress measurement processes aimed at achieving your objectives

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years driving projects involving cross-functional collaboration
• Exceptional project and program management proficiencies
• Track record of defining product vision and strategy, and successfully launching products
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Versatile and proactive attitude, capable of handling diverse tasks including design work, QA planning, and issue investigation
• Proficiency in driving team efficiency in a dynamic and rapidly evolving setting
• Attention to detail coupled with the ability to meet project timelines
• Passion for advancing digital assets on the global economic stage
• Experience in fintech or blockchain environments
