Skills & Experience:
Required:
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in back-end and server-side development.
- Proficient in algorithm design, complex problem-solving, and analysis.
- Strong background in technical system design involving multi-functional teams.
- Expertise in Elixir, Phoenix, LiveView, and PostgreSQL.
- Skilled in RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with microservices and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience with unit and functional testing and debugging.
- Proficiency in Git/GitHub, branch methodologies, and code review tools.
- Ability to adapt swiftly in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or other technical disciplines.
- Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Ash framework.
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
- Previous work on consumer-facing crypto products.
- Demonstrated success in constructing public-facing APIs or workflow apps.
- Background in developing interactive UIs with LiveView or React.
- Experience collaborating with clients or business partners.
- Knowledge in digital wallets, clearing and settlement, lending, trading, accounting systems, etc.

Pay Transparency Notice:
The average compensation for this position, comprising base salary, equity, an annual performance bonus, fall within the range of $165,000 - $210,000 USD, based on leveling and location.
