As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining UI and frontend components for our onboarding experience. Working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, you will deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, CSS, and HTML is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with design and product managers to create new UIs for upcoming projects
- Enhance existing UI functionality across various products
- Develop reusable code for future utilization
- Implement improvements for codebase health
- Engage in cross-team communication with stakeholders to comprehend implementation needs and constraints
- Provide mentorship to peers within the engineering team through code reviews and education on best coding practices
- Offer maintenance support and enhance performance of existing applications
Skills & Experience:

Required:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in frontend and UI development
- Strong proficiency in React
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML
- Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with design systems
- Proficiency in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Sound expertise in Git/GitHub, branching methodologies, code review tools, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Background in developing consumer-facing crypto products
- Proficiency in full-stack development and familiarity with Node.js and Express applications

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on level and location, the average compensation for this role ranges between $150,000 - $180,000 USD as base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package complement this position.

Organize and prepare parts, tools, and equipment including heat sinks for repair tasks.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure equipment and tools are well-maintained.
Document and track repairs accurately using the designated work order system.
Manage the physical environment of the hardware repair shop.
Process and document incoming inventory shipments efficiently.
Coordinate inventory movements using pallet jacks.
Disassemble miners to remove hash boards for maintenance.
Apply thermal paste to hash boards during repair processes.
Perform additional duties as necessary and assigned.
Qualifications

Hardware Repair Technician- Sandersville, GA
The Hardware Repair Technician plays a crucial role in CleanSpark's bitcoin mining operation by providing maintenance and diagnosis services to repair bitcoin miners. The position is primarily located at the Norcross Facility and directly reports to the Hardware Repair Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct repairs on bitcoin mining equipment, including control boards, hash cards, and chip level repairs.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, quickly identifying and resolving issues.
Interpret blueprints/schematics and evaluate their operational status.
Assist in integrating new equipment and systems into the facility's infrastructure.
Perform any additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Possess at least 2 years of technician experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment is advantageous.
Bitman repair certification is a bonus.
Background in troubleshooting electrical functionality is preferred.
Strong communication skills.
