Job Summary
BitGo is seeking an Analyst / Sr. Analyst to join their team, specializing in Third-Party Risk Management/Procurement. Reporting to the Global TPRM Manager, this role offers a collaborative environment to leverage expertise in enterprise risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to optimizing BitGo's Third-Party Risk Management/Procurement Program lifecycle
- Act as the primary contact for third-party vendors, overseeing and assessing their performance
- Develop and distribute due diligence forms for vendor onboarding processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure vendor compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Support the Strategic Sourcing/Procurement Lead in identifying new vendor requirements
- Establish a consistent sourcing process for future vendor selection
- Maintain thorough documentation for Third-Party Risk Management/Procurement activities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of BitGo's service offerings such as custody, prime brokerage, and portfolio/tax solutions
- Demonstrate flexibility in assuming additional responsibilities as necessary
Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Third-Party Risk Management/Procurement
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks like COSO, ISO 31000, AICPA SOC
- Understanding of information security and privacy standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001/27701, NIST, FFIEC, CCPA, EU GDPR)
- Proficiency in GRC systems and data management tools
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision
- Committed to delivering high-quality work while upholding ethics and compliance standards
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Holds a degree in business, public policy, or a technical field
- Enthusiasm for blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
