Lead the architecture and development of our core backend systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across all services. You'll be responsible for making critical technical decisions, establishing engineering standards, and building systems that can handle massive scale. This role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, database design, and modern backend technologies, along with strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the engineering team.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.Solid knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis and automation.Experience building dashboards or visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.Understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and data modeling techniques.Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Web3, blockchain metrics, on-chain data, and crypto ecosystems is a strong advantage.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver on deadlines.Good written and spoken English.
