About the Role:

The company is seeking a Product Manager specializing in Token Management to elevate their existing product into a sophisticated platform. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with crypto founders, protocol teams, and DAOs to gain profound insights into their lifecycles, challenges, and requirements, using these inputs to develop valuable products, features, and services.

This opportunity is a full-time position located in either our San Francisco or New York offices to facilitate swift decision-making, collaboration, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of engineers, designers, and GTM teams to create exceptional token management solutions.
• Collaborate with crypto founders, DAOs, and protocol teams to comprehensively grasp their pain points and create solutions that seamlessly integrate into their workflows.
• Drive the product roadmap, strategy, and execution in alignment with BitGo's broader on-chain ecosystem vision.
• Define key performance metrics and continuously refine adoption, usability, and business impact.
• Advocate for the product by engaging with crypto teams globally to address their needs, solve issues, and drive adoption.
• Foster product innovation to ensure that our token management tools maintain a competitive edge in security, compliance, and functionality.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience in fintech, blockchain, or related sectors.
• Profound understanding of token lifecycles, vesting schedules, and on-chain financial operations.
• Previous experience interacting with crypto founders, DAOs, or protocol teams, or ideally having founded a project.
• Track record of transitioning a product from early-stage to a widely adopted solution.
• Hands-on approach with an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and delve into details when necessary.
• Enthusiasm for advancing digital assets in the global economy.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, balancing long-term strategy and rapid execution.
