Our team of Customer Success Managers collaborates closely with institutional clients and partners, providing top-tier service to help identify their business needs and ensure optimal usage of BitGo products. We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Singapore to build strong client relationships across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and comprehension of our suite of products and services.
  • Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain enduring relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact point.
  • Support: Deliver timely and efficient support to address customer inquiries, issues, and requests, with timely escalations for swift resolution.
  • Product Education: Educate customers about the features and capabilities of our products and services to help them maximize utility and achieve their objectives.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to drive product development, enhance marketing strategies, and improve overall customer experience.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in client-facing roles within the technology or finance sectors.
  • Eagerness to learn, coupled with a strong curiosity to understand complex systems.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
  • Passion for championing customer needs with empathy and acting as their advocate.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering results.
  • Proficiency in managing conflicting priorities and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Preferred experience in the cryptocurrency trading and custody space.
