This is a full-time onsite role at the New York City office, promoting collaborative teamwork and innovative problem-solving.

As a Frontend Engineer, responsibility includes designing, developing, and maintaining UI/frontend components for the onboarding experience. The role entails close collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver secure, scalable solutions meeting client needs. Proficiency in React, CSS, and HTML is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design and product managers to design and develop new UIs
  • Enhance existing UI functionality across various products
  • Develop reusable code for future use
  • Improve codebase health
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and limitations
  • Provide mentorship through code reviews and best practice education
  • Maintain and optimize existing applications

Skills & Experience:

Candidates should embody the company values of open communication, transparency, ownership, and craftsmanship.

Required:

  • 3+ years of frontend/UI development experience
  • Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and design systems
  • Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub, branching methodologies, code review tools, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience developing consumer-facing crypto products
  • Full-stack capability with Node.js and Express applications
  • Experience collaborating with clients and business partners

Pay Transparency Notice:

Compensation for this role ranges between $150,000 - 180,000 USD base salary, varying by location and level. Employee benefits include equity, annual performance bonus, and various perks.
