Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the value of BitGo to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Collaborate with institutional clients and growing crypto platform providers as a trusted advisor
  • Demonstrate expertise in products and services to provide enthusiastic support and guidance
  • Liaise across teams such as Product, Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales to enhance product usage, gather feedback, and propose solutions to address customer needs
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering during onboarding to successfully activate new accounts
  • Partner with the Sales team throughout the customer lifecycle to minimize churn and secure renewals

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of account management or customer success management experience in the technology or finance sectors
  • A strong eagerness to learn, with a curiosity to understand processes
  • Demonstrated motivation to champion customers and convey their perspectives with empathy
  • Operating with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of responsibilities and ensuring desired outcomes
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and exercise creative problem-solving skills
