BitGo is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Onboarding team. The focus is on building an API-first platform that caters to businesses and developers looking to launch crypto products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing scalable, well-abstracted, and robust APIs, libraries, and services for the API-first platform.
- Taking ownership of functionality and scalability features from inception to deployment and client integration.
- Documenting and exposing platform functionality for user interfaces, third-party developers, and internal and external tools.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement new features.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Identifying and rectifying bottlenecks, as well as addressing bugs.
- Evaluating and integrating new technologies continuously to enhance development efficiency.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement through code reviews and mentoring peers within the engineering team.
- Working closely with product managers, designers, and colleagues to refine product requirements.
Necessary Skills & Experience:

Required:
- 3+ years of proven experience in back-end and server-side development.

- Skilled in unit and functional testing, debugging, version control, and CI tools.
