We are seeking a motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our Fiat Team.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
- A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in back-end and server-side development
- Proficiency in algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
- Strong background in technical system design with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Elixir, Phoenix, LiveView, and PostgreSQL
- Extensive experience in RESTful API design
- Familiarity with microservices and service-oriented architectures
- Proficiency in unit and functional testing, and debugging
- Competence in Git/GitHub, branching methodologies, code review tools, CI tools, etc.
- Ability to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or related field from a reputable university
- Understanding and keen interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain
Preferred:
- Experience with Ash framework
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
- Previous development experience with consumer-facing crypto products
- Demonstrated track record in building public-facing APIs and/or workflow applications in a production setting
- Experience in working on interactive UIs with LiveView or React
- Collaboration experience with clients and business partners
- Familiarity with digital wallets, clearing and settlement, lending, trading, accounting systems, etc.

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your leveling and location, the compensation for this role ranges between $165,000 - $210,000 USD base salary on average. Equity, an annual performance bonus, and the benefits mentioned above are inclusive in this role's package.
