Growth Manager
BitGo, a premier digital asset solutions provider focused on custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services from regulated cold storage, is currently hiring a Growth Manager to spearhead and amplify customer acquisition, paid marketing, and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of strategic thinking, execution-driven marketing skills, and a deep understanding of financial technology and digital assets.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Devise and implement growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention among institutional audiences.
- Optimize lead generation through paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct continuous experimentation and A/B testing to enhance conversion rates across various channels.
Paid Marketing & Performance Optimization:
- Take ownership of managing performance marketing channels, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other paid media campaigns.
- Define KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously refine budget allocation for maximum acquisition efficiency.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create captivating ad creatives and landing pages to boost conversions.
- Implement retargeting ads, new user acquisition ads, and ABM targeted campaigns.
Webinars & Events:
- Lead the creation and execution of impactful webinars, virtual events, and growth initiatives.
- Drive attendance and engagement for educational and product-focused webinars by leveraging CRM, email marketing, and targeted promotions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop resonating content.
Funnel Optimization & Lead Nurturing:
- Develop and refine automated lead nurturing sequences catering to different audience segments based on behaviors and intent.
- Work hand in hand with sales to ensure successful conversion of marketing-driven leads.
- Utilize data and insights to personalize messaging, improve customer journeys, and refine retention strategies.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Establish attribution models to gauge marketing effectiveness and optimize channel spend.
- Regularly report on key growth metrics and provide actionable recommendations for enhancements.
- Employ data visualization tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, and Looker for campaign analysis and user behavior assessment.
Requirements
- Possess 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, or B2B SaaS industries.
- Proficient in paid acquisition channels like Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., marketing automation, and funnel optimization.
- Demonstrate a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, adept in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing webinars and virtual events as part of overall growth strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a proven track record of working cross-functionally.

Pay Transparency Notice: Average compensation for this role ranges between $140,000 and $160,000 USD base salary, besides equity, annual performance bonus, and perks mentioned above.
