Product Manager, Mobile

The Mobile Product team at BitGo plays a pivotal role in shaping the mobile strategy and applications of the organization. The team is currently focused on the development of two primary mobile apps. One app ensures institutions can securely conduct large-scale transactions on-chain, while the second app aims to make cryptocurrency more accessible for everyday use. The Product Manager, Mobile will spearhead the launch and growth of these mobile apps, driving user engagement and delivering an exceptional mobile experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive mobile strategy to deliver seamless and secure user experiences.
• Enhance transaction workflows for institutions to enable fast, intuitive, and secure transactions.
• Develop mobile experiences that cater to retail users, facilitating seamless buying, selling, staking, lending, and on-chain interactions.
• Lead the launch of a self-custody wallet with a focus on security and user-friendly design.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams to balance usability with top-tier security standards.
• Analyze mobile engagement metrics to enhance user retention and feature adoption.
• Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to drive mobile adoption and onboard new users.
• Stay abreast of mobile crypto trends to continuously enhance the mobile experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in crypto, fintech, or mobile-first applications.
• Extensive expertise in mobile UX/UI design with a strong emphasis on secure and seamless design.
• Knowledge of crypto wallets, custody services, staking, and blockchain transactions is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with mobile security teams to ensure compliance and robust protection.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and compliance teams.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while prioritizing security.
