We are in search of a skilled Treasury Operations Specialist to join our Trust Operations team. You will be responsible for supporting banking transactions, maintaining account operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve efficiently managing account openings and closures, accurately processing transactions, addressing account-related inquiries, and collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for banking transactions, ensuring seamless processing.
  • Handle the opening and closure of accounts within our trust accounting system.
  • Execute daily transaction processing, including data input and systems updates.
  • Assist in system testing and contribute to process improvements.
  • Oversee the administration and operational support for all accounts under BitGo's custody.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external inquiries.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the Trust Operations team and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Take on additional duties as required by Trust Management.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of banking or trust operations experience, preferably in digital asset management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in banking or trust operations, financial systems, and transaction processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data and transactions.
  • Critical thinking skills and adeptness at issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Collaborate with external accounting service providers, review financial statements and related schedules.

Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings mandated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Support GST reporting and handle other statutory filings in Singapore.

Act as the primary point of contact for treasury functions such as cash flow monitoring, fund allocation, maintenance of bank accounts and fixed deposits, investments, and periodic reporting.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in statutory audit would be beneficial.

Technical Skills

Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting controls.

Experience in regulatory reporting within the financial services industry is a plus.
