Job Summary:

The company is seeking a Group Product Manager, Growth to spearhead user acquisition, activation, and engagement strategies, thus optimizing the customer journey and promoting adoption across the platform. This influential role requires adeptness in a data-driven, rapid-paced environment.

About the Team:

Within BitGo, the Growth Product team supervises user adoption, retention, and revenue amplification. Operating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales departments ensures a seamless end-user experience. The team's core strategies encompass data-centric experimentation, funnel optimization, and fostering network effects to augment BitGo's global user base.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and motivate a team of Product Managers (PMs), engineers, and cross-functional members to drive growth initiatives.
  • Execute acquisition, activation, and retention tactics to expand BitGo's user base and revenue streams.
  • Enhance onboarding experiences for new users across various services offered by BitGo.
  • Create and cultivate referral programs and network synergies to bolster organic growth.
  • Recognize and act upon cross-selling and upselling opportunities to foster multi-product adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to craft seamless user experiences.
  • Analyze user behavior in conjunction with data teams to establish actionable insights.
  • Engage with the Partnerships team to expand distribution channels and forge new integrations.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of product management exposure, specifically in growth, onboarding, or engagement domains.
  • Profound experience in crypto, fintech, Software as a Service (SaaS), or marketplace sectors.
  • Proficiency in growth loops, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user analytics.
  • Capability in conversion rate optimization, activation metrics, and retention strategies implementation.
  • Expertise in team leadership, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and working closely with technical, design, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent user experience (UX) aptitude with a drive for crafting seamless, self-serve product experiences.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, execution-centric environments with a knack for rapid growth initiatives.

Pay Transparency Notice:
