As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be actively engaged with various leading paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X, Programmatic networks, and more. Your role will involve contributing to creative sessions, conducting A/B testing, optimizing bids, analyzing data, and maintaining coherence across Binance's communication and acquisition initiatives. Additionally, having a knack for crafting captivating narratives around Binance's products will be considered a bonus.
Working closely with proficient performance marketers, you will report to the Paid Ads team lead while benefiting from the collective expertise of graphic designers, motion designers, data analysts, adtech engineers, PMMs, legal advisors, localization experts, and regional marketing and operations professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day management tasks for paid media, encompassing campaign launches, bid optimization, A/B testing, content ideation, and reporting.
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness in cross-channel communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the paid ads project manager to oversee ad hoc campaigns, eventually taking the lead in end-to-end campaign deployment processes independently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory for seamless collaboration with international partners and stakeholders, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
- Minimum one year of experience in managing digital campaigns for paid advertising, demonstrating a track record of achieving or exceeding KPI targets such as CPI, CAC, ROAS.
- Competency in at least two major paid ad channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X, or programmatic networks.
- Strong analytical skills enabling you to derive meaningful insights from data sets.
- Background in conducting A/B tests across various paid channels.
- Experience in liaising with cross-functional teams to translate their efforts into impactful campaign concepts.
- A keen interest in cryptocurrency developments.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to tackle new challenges and seek assistance when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in managing in-house paid campaigns for a fintech application, operating across multiple markets and regions.
- Background in a rapidly growing startup environment.
- Comfortable working effectively within a fully remote team setup.
