The Binance Accelerator Program offers a compact 3-6 month initiative aimed at providing an immersive experience within the rapidly expanding Web3 domain. Participants will gain insight into the inner workings of the top blockchain ecosystem globally, as well as benefit from networking opportunities, skill development, and career advancement prospects. Successful candidates will be engaged through a junior fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Managers and fellow designers to identify and pursue design prospects that bridge user and business requirements for the Binance Fiat product.
Engage in constructive feedback exchange with designers and the broader product team to consistently enhance quality.
Undertake end-to-end responsibilities, including opportunity identification, vision establishment, and cooperation with engineering to deliver high-caliber, reliable solutions.
Partner with the wider design team to ensure a seamless product experience.
Carry out user research, collaborate with product managers for data-driven solutions leveraging both qualitative and quantitative consumer insights.
Deliver intricate, robust UI design solutions and liaise closely with the engineering team to ensure product excellence.
Justify design decisions proficiently and articulate your standpoint clearly.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of UI design experience, possessing proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and an innate sense of aesthetics and how these aspects influence product functionality.
A minimum of 1 year of UX design experience, with the ability to delineate user experience behaviors based on insight into user needs and scalability of the product.
Demonstrated experience in user research.
Expertise in Figma design software.
Proficient in operating efficiently in dynamic environments characterized by swift delivery timelines and iterative cycles.
