Responsibilities
- Present and explain Dora's products and technology at virtual and in-person events
- Contribute to Dora Factory and DoraHacks' open source projects
- Create presentations and prepare for speaking engagements
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement outreach strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
- Proficient coding skills
- Previous experience with open source contributions preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Rust programming skills are a plus
- Knowledge of blockchain consensus protocols and applications, including smart contracts
- Familiarity with Cosmos SDK and related technologies preferred
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
- Professionalism and integrity
Interview Process
- Test: Completion of an online test or assignment
- Recruiter call: Initial 15-30 min discussion about background and role
- Team interview: Detailed session with the team, focusing on technical skills and fit
- Final interview: Concluding interview with higher-level management or decision-makers
All interviews will be conducted via video conferencing to accommodate a fully remote recruitment process.
