Description
Join our dynamic team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for a variety of venture projects that align with our core business, emphasizing agile development with a lean team setup. This role will actively contribute to creating scalable applications, encompassing everything from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain blockchain infrastructure
- Evaluate and suggest optimal configurations for blockchain software and network setups for running nodes on the blockchain
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Blockchain technology, particularly public Blockchain
- Research and communicate security threats associated with various blockchain technologies
- Define and manage team DevOps lifecycle and automation processes
- Design and oversee cloud computing workloads, ensuring cloud security posture is maintained
- Encourage applications from software engineers or system administrators interested in blockchain, automation, or infrastructure development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in devops, system administration, or similar areas; candidates with less experience may be considered for a Junior role
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology (experience in deploying blockchain is a plus)
- Proficiency in deploying on various cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon, Azure, Google)
- Experience with infrastructure as code deployment (Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Ansible, etc.)
- Expertise in managing container infrastructures (Kubernetes, docker-compose, etc.)
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
- Experience in building, deploying, and managing logging tools (Fluentd, ElasticSearch, Kibana, etc.)
- Strong understanding of traditional security operations domains: Linux, Networking, Firewall, IDS/IPS
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues using a structured root cause analysis approach
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning, embracing both successes and failures for growth
- Keen interest in the future potential of blockchain technology
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
