Blockchain DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing software for a range of venture projects closely linked to our core business interests. These projects are characterized by their rapid development and are managed by a lean team. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in crafting scalable applications, contributing to both front-end user interface design and backend infrastructure development.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain blockchain infrastructure
• Evaluate and recommend configurations for blockchain software and network setups for operational nodes
• Develop expertise in Blockchain technology, particularly in the public Blockchain sector
• Research and communicate security vulnerabilities associated with various blockchain technologies
• Establish and manage the team's continuous DevOps lifecycle and automation processes
• Design and manage cloud computing workloads, ensuring robust cloud security measures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a related role; candidates with less experience may be considered for Junior positions
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology (experience in deploying blockchain solutions is a plus)
• Proficiency in deploying cloud services across various platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience in implementing infrastructure as code through tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, or Ansible
• Familiarity with container infrastructure deployment and maintenance (e.g., Kubernetes, docker-compose)
• Ability to build, deploy, and maintain monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
• Proficiency in developing, deploying, and maintaining logging tools like Fluentd, ElasticSearch, and Kibana
• Strong grasp of traditional security operations areas: Linux, Networking, Firewall, IDS/IPS
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to root cause analysis
• Strong team-player mentality
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adaptability to change
• Keen interest in the future of blockchain technology
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations
