Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships

As the primary driver in establishing strategic connections with top Affiliates and Brokers, as well as pinpointing potential VIP clients, you will be responsible for crafting customized solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Whether you are launching creative affiliate campaigns or designing bespoke programs for brokers, each deal you secure will significantly contribute to fortifying [Company]'s market presence.
A central aspect of this role will be your inventiveness – whether in formulating new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to launch unprecedented products for your partners. Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new partnerships with media and Affiliates (such as KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders) to attract newcomers and trades.
- Develop new partnerships with Brokers, improve [Company]'s broker program, and maintain and cultivate relationships with existing brokers.
- Identify and engage with VIP clients.
- Manage existing relationships and performance of KOLs.
- Provide timely and effective customer service and issue resolution to [Company]'s Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, actively collaborating with internal teams and offering enhancement suggestions to management.
- Stay updated on social media trends, including platforms like YouTube and TikTok, and within the Blockchain influencer community.
- Represent [Company] at conferences to engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, bolstering awareness of our offerings.
- Participate in community outreach activities and crypto community events to expand our institutional footprint.
- Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, collect client feedback, and recommend product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in local markets, with an established network or understanding of influential figures in the local ecosystem.
- Strong network of clients within the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers sectors.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or blockchain.
- Over 2 years of experience selling financial products.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Demonstrated success in initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships, such as driving business outcomes, preparing documentation, and finalizing agreements.
- Excellent written and oral English skills, with proven expertise in writing and delivering presentations.
