Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Guild Leader to expand and cultivate the Avalanche Gaming community across various Web3 and Web2 games and platforms. As the Guild Leader, you will be responsible for building a robust network of gamers, influencers, streamers, and private game servers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the head guild leader for multiple games.
- Develop engaging content strategies that prioritize the needs of gamers.
- Lead and manage the growth of the gaming community through social platforms.
- Establish relationships with fans, influencers, and collaborators to build a multi-gaming guild.
- Actively engage with the community through owned channels on a daily basis.
- Advocate for community members by addressing their concerns and suggestions.
- Create gaming campaigns to activate specific Avalanche activities.
- Coordinate and execute impactful events to enhance awareness and foster community engagement.
- Represent Avalanche at conferences, forums, and other industry events.
- Generate captivating content for various social media platforms.
- Support community managers with the latest gaming and GameFi updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in gaming community management.
- In-depth knowledge of gaming culture, with connections for potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Proven track record of leading community and growth initiatives for successful projects.
- Familiarity with effective marketing and communication strategies to drive growth.
- Understanding of Web3 technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passion for engaging with the community and building genuine connections.
Salary Range
$68,000 to $85,000 (Final offer amount may vary based on experience and location).
