Responsibilities:
Joining as the Circle Ventures and Ecosystem Director involves spearheading strategies to cultivate, oversee, and expand our partner ecosystem. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will enhance market outreach and reinforce partners' value through strategic collaborations. Serving as the face of Circle Ventures, your role drives broad engagement and mutually beneficial interactions with ecosystem partners ranging from entrepreneurs and portfolio companies to venture firms.
Our Team Goals:
- Identify relevant insights, deals, and alignments to support our core objectives
- Provide strategic guidance to inform key partnering, product, and investment decisions
- Execute deals effectively to align organizational efforts towards common goals
Key Focus Areas:
- Collaborate across Circle to ensure precise ecosystem segmentation aligns with future prospects
- Develop and implement initiatives to engage startups, entrepreneurs, and allied investors within the ecosystem
- Manage interactions and initiatives for our broad portfolio of investments
- Take charge of internal and external communications for Circle Ventures
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and relations with ecosystem participants and investors
- Maintain a pulse on industry trends, competition, and potential opportunities for investment
- Advocate for USDC and boost Circle's presence in the VC ecosystem
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the financial services, technology, and crypto industry landscape

Qualifications:
- Over 12 years of relevant experience in partner ecosystem development, partner marketing, business development, venture investment, or management consulting
- Successful track record in fostering partner ecosystems in the blockchain/Web3 space
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, executive presence, motivation, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in relationship building, project leadership, and opportunity prioritization in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with various tools such as Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Technology, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a bonus
Additional Insights:
- This position qualifies for immediate PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates
- Compensation is determined by a combination of factors like experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational needs
- Compensation range: $207,500 - $240,000, Annual Bonus Target: 20%
