Creative Designer - APAC
Binance, a prominent global blockchain ecosystem backing the largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, seeks a talented Creative Designer to join its Global Creative Team. The successful candidate will create exceptional design work tailored for APAC and Chinese audiences, contributing to global campaigns for various platforms such as digital, social, events, and merchandise.
As the Creative Designer, you will collaborate closely with both global and local teams to support the growth of Binance's brand in Asia and beyond. In addition to designing campaign assets, you will also mentor interns and junior designers, becoming the primary creative point of contact for regional marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Creative Design Delivery:
Develop high-quality design assets for Asia and global campaigns, including visuals, digital marketing materials, and event collateral by interpreting creative briefs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-brand designs are delivered regularly.
Lead regional creative efforts for Greater China and Asia.
Innovate design approaches to enhance Binance's brand visibility.
Localization & Campaign Scaling:
Customize global creative assets for Asian markets, ensuring cultural relevance.
Create and adapt advertising campaign assets for mass production.
Drive brand awareness and user engagement through engaging digital campaigns.
Optimize creative output based on performance insights.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Creative Operations & Team Collaboration:
Refine and enhance creative workflows with program managers and design leads.
Coordinate with marketing, social media, events, and campaign teams to deliver a consistent brand experience.
Independently manage daily tasks to meet quality and deadline standards.
Mentor junior designers and assist in onboarding new team members.
Manage external agencies and freelancers for project delivery.
Foster strong relationships with global and regional marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in graphic, brand, or digital design.
- Minimum 4 years of design experience in a global business or agency setting.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for coordination with international partners.
- Able to produce high-quality creative assets within tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; knowledge of 3D software and generative AI tools is a bonus.
- End-to-end design process experience from concept to production.
- Strong creative thinker with a keen visual eye and innovative ideas.
- Excellent team player with interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with external partners.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
