About the Role:
We are looking for a Crypto Manager to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will oversee and manage cryptocurrency-related operations, trading, or product development. You will be responsible for building and leading teams, developing and executing strategies, managing risk, ensuring compliance, and staying abreast of market trends and regulations to drive Bitcastle’s growth in the crypto space. Build and lead teams within the crypto space, including hiring, training, and managing staff for trading, operations, or product development
Develop and implement strategies related to trading, market making, liquidity management, and product development
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cryptocurrency trading, operations, and investments, including implementing risk controls and monitoring P&L
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies within the cryptocurrency industry
Collaborate with product, tech, and other internal teams to enhance platform capabilities, develop new features, or improve existing processes
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions and maintain competitive advantage
Engage with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to drive initiatives and maintain strong relationships
Oversee daily operations to enhance efficiency and track key metrics to ensure performance objectives are met
Requirements:
Min N2Japanese language proficiency
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and trading mechanics
At least 3 years of experience in leading teams and managing projects, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or financial services industry
Preferred Qualification:
Experience managing a crypto trading desk, operations team, or product development group
Prior experience in market making, liquidity management, or crypto listings management
Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies within a crypto exchange or trading platform
Familiarity with stakeholder management, including engaging with external partners and regulatory bodies
