Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advertising campaigns on company social media channels.
• Produce high-quality written and visual content tailored for different social media campaigns.
• Maintain a continual online presence to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and shape the company's brand reputation on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with influencers to extend brand visibility.
• Responsively interact with comments and inquiries on all social media profiles.
• Increase Token Metrics social media accounts by 5% monthly.
• Initiate interview opportunities.
• Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva AI and Adobe to craft visually captivating content.
• Partner with product managers to deliver engaging visual narratives across diverse platforms.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Crypto (Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO).
• Proficiency in social media posting across multiple platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube).
• Familiarity with social media tools like Hubspot, Sprout Social, and Tubebuddy.
• Experience in community management through various channels (Telegram, Discord, Support tickets).
• Skilled in copywriting and social media marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in social media strategy development.
• Ability to tailor content for different social media platforms effectively.
• Proven track record of building online communities.
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
• Prior experience as a Brand Manager on social media platforms.
