The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing advertising campaigns, generating engaging content, collaborating with influencers, administering community interactions, and overseeing customer support efforts across various online platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns on company social media channels.
• Develop high-quality written and visual content relevant to each social media campaign.
• Maintain a consistent online presence to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Keep track of our brand reputation on all social media channels.
• Engage with influencers to expand brand visibility.
• Address comments and queries promptly and courteously on social media platforms.
• Aim to increase Token Metrics social media following by 5% per month.
• Seek out opportunities for interviews with relevant parties.
• Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva AI and Adobe to create visually appealing content.
• Collaborate with product management to deliver captivating visual narratives on various platforms.

Requirements:

• Proficient in cryptocurrency topics, including Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO.
• Expertise in utilizing various social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, and Youtube.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hubspot, Sprout Social, and Tubebuddy.
• Experience in community management and engagement via platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and support tickets.
• Skillful in copywriting and social media marketing.
• Ability to develop effective social media strategies.
• Proficient in creating distinct tones for each social media platform.
• Demonstrated capability in building and engaging social media communities.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Experience as a Brand Manager in a social media capacity.
• Competence in measuring the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
