Astra DAO is in search of a skilled individual to fill the role of a Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our company's online presence through effective social media management for our range of brands. Key duties will include executing advertising initiatives, generating engaging original content, collaborating with influencers, monitoring community feedback, and overseeing customer service on all social media platforms.

Successful candidates must possess substantial marketing experience and be adept at creating and distributing relevant technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute advertising campaigns on company social media channels.
• Develop high-quality written and visual content customized for each social media campaign.
• Sustain a consistent online visibility to increase brand recognition and interactions.
• Monitor and uphold the company’s brand image on social media platforms.
• Cultivate partnerships with influencers to broaden brand impact.
• Responsively and politely engage with comments and queries across all social media profiles.
• Increase the followership of Token Metrics accounts on social media by 5% per month.
• Pursue opportunities for conducting interviews.
• Employ graphic design applications like Canva AI and Adobe to craft visually enticing social media content.
• Work closely with the product manager to deliver captivating visual narratives across all platforms.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Possess over 5 years of experience managing social media strategies and channels for brands or enterprises.
• Display familiarity with the realm of cryptocurrency, particularly decentralized finance, yield farming, staking, IDO/IEO.
• Demonstrate a proven history of functioning as a social media manager/content creator within the cryptocurrency, web3, and blockchain space.
• Exhibit proficiency in creating and publishing content on different social media platforms.
• Showcase competence in evaluating social media metrics and performance indicators.
• Have excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.

• Display a passion for cryptocurrency trading and investment.
