Crypto Social Media Manager (Kuala Lampur -Remote)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advertising campaigns on various social media platforms.
• Create engaging and high-quality content specific to each social media campaign.
• Enhance brand presence and boost audience engagement on a consistent basis.
• Manage and monitor the company's online reputation across social media channels.
• Collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and impact.
• Responsively and politely engage with comments and queries on all social media channels.
• Aim to grow Token Metrics social media accounts by 5% every month.
• Coordinate for interviews when required.
• Utilize graphic design tools to craft visually appealing content for social media.
• Work closely with product managers to deliver compelling visual narratives on multiple platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with crypto native concepts such as Defi, Yield Farming, and Staking.
• Proficiency in posting across various social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
• Experience using social media tools like Hubspot, Sprout Social, and Tubebuddy.
• Skilled in community management and engagement on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and handling support tickets.
• Copywriting expertise with a focus on social media marketing strategies.
• Ability to develop suitable tones and voices for each social media platform.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing social media communities.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design principles.
• Previous experience in managing brands on social media platforms.
• Competency in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
