In this position, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong social media presence for our brands. This involves running effective advertising campaigns, creating engaging original content, collaborating with influencers, managing community interactions, and overseeing customer service operations on various platforms.

To excel as a Social Media Manager, the ideal candidate should have a solid background in marketing and be capable of producing and sharing relevant technical content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute advertising campaigns on the company's social media platforms.
• Develop compelling written and visual content tailored to different social media campaigns.
• Ensure a consistent online presence to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and control the company's brand reputation on social media platforms.
• Engage with influencers to extend the reach and impact of the brand.
• Responsively address comments and inquiries across all social media channels.
• Achieve a monthly growth rate of 5% for Token Metrics social media accounts.
• Seek out interview opportunities for increased brand exposure.
• Create visually appealing content for social media using graphic design tools like Canva AI and Adobe.
• Work closely with the product manager to deliver captivating visual narratives across various platforms.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency concepts, including DeFi, Yield Farming, Staking, and IDO/IEO.
• Proficiency in social media posting across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like HubSpot, Sprout Social, and TubeBuddy.
• Experience in managing and engaging online communities through platforms like Telegram, Discord, and handling support tickets.
• Skilled in copywriting and social media marketing techniques.
• Ability to devise effective social media strategies.
• Adaptability in creating distinct tones suited for each social media platform.
• Demonstrated capability in building and nurturing social media communities.
• Understanding of fundamental graphic design principles.
• Background as a Brand Manager in social media settings.
• Proficient in evaluating the success of social media campaigns.
