Crypto Social Media Manager (Slovakia-Remote)

* Astra DAO is looking for a skilled individual to take on the role of developing their social media presence as a Social Media Manager. This position entails creating and running effective advertising campaigns, crafting engaging original content, interacting with influencers, managing community engagement, dealing with customer service inquiries, and maintaining a positive brand reputation across all social media platforms.

**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Create compelling written and visual content tailored to different campaigns.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging online presence to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and manage the company's brand image on social media.
- Collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach.
- Respond promptly and positively to comments and inquiries from followers.
- Aim to increase Token Metrics social media accounts following by 5% monthly.
- Engage in outreach for interviews with relevant media entities.
- Utilize design tools such as Canva AI and Adobe to produce visually appealing social media content.
- Work closely with the product manager to deliver captivating visual narratives across various platforms.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in social media management for brands or businesses.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, DeFi, yield farming, staking, and token offerings.
- Demonstrated track record in social media management and content creation within the cryptocurrency, web 3, and blockchain space.
- Proficiency in creating and posting content across different social media channels.
- Strong grasp of social media metrics and analytics.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency trading and investment.
