Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include ensuring continuous operation of the application in Production.
Management of non-production environments like pre-production/staging.
In-depth understanding of application features and all supported blockchains.
Collaboration with both application and infrastructure engineers to ensure a thorough comprehension of changes heading to production environments.
Proficiency in implementing fixes, enhancements, or optimizations on applications and infrastructure.
Immediate identification of delivery-related issues that could affect production uptime, scalability, or responsiveness.
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and handling application alerts and issues.
Incident and problem management, with post-resolution follow-ups to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Constant improvement of monitoring tools and processes.
Coordination of Disaster Recovery testing and audits.
