Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities include ensuring continuous operation of the application in Production.
- Management of non-production environments like pre-production/staging.
- In-depth understanding of application features and all supported blockchains.
- Collaboration with both application and infrastructure engineers to ensure a thorough comprehension of changes heading to production environments.
- Proficiency in implementing fixes, enhancements, or optimizations on applications and infrastructure.
- Immediate identification of delivery-related issues that could affect production uptime, scalability, or responsiveness.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and handling application alerts and issues.
- Incident and problem management, with post-resolution follow-ups to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Constant improvement of monitoring tools and processes.
- Coordination of Disaster Recovery testing and audits.
- Maintenance and support of blockchain infrastructure (familiarity with DevOps advantageous).
- Senior roles involve engaging with stakeholders on application issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, Javascript, Node.js, or Golang.
- Prior experience in supporting applications.
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Proficient in analyzing logs and adept at detecting anomalies and inconsistencies.
