Key Qualifications:

Minimum 8-10 years of full stack software development experience, particularly within the Fintech/Payments industry.
Proficiency in building systems or products at scale.
Knowledge in complex payments businesses, especially in security, compliance, DevOps, and ISO 270001.
Participate actively in team building, hiring, and decision-making processes.
