We are in search of a founding Technical Lead (Software Engineering) to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate should be a proficient collaborator, capable of working closely with diverse teams and leading through example. An experienced builder with a proven history in designing and implementing scalable software solutions is preferred.

We desire someone deeply passionate about engineering in finance, fintech, and web3 sectors and skilled in financial technology, including blockchain and decentralized finance. It is crucial for the candidate to demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, guiding projects from inception to deployment. Exceptional communication skills are essential for conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years of full stack software development experience, particularly within the Fintech/Payments industry.
• Proficiency in building systems or products at scale.
• Knowledge in complex payments businesses, especially in security, compliance, DevOps, and ISO 270001.
• Participate actively in team building, hiring, and decision-making processes.

Our Technology Stack:

• Front-End Development:

• Skilled in React for developing dynamic user interfaces.

• Knowledge of CSS, Flexbox, TailwindCss, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Back-End Development:

• Understanding of RESTful services and microservices architectures.

• Expertise in NodeJs for full-stack development.

• Proficiency in API development.

• DevOps & Cloud:

• Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation, and serverless architectures.

• Workflow Orchestration:

• Expertise in creating reliable, scalable workflows and background jobs.

• Databases:

• Proficiency in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL.

• Preferably, experience in Payments industry.
