About the Role

In our Compliance team, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of compliance throughout the company. As part of our team, you will work on advising and implementing regulatory obligations and enterprise risk management. Specifically, you will play a key role in overseeing the Global KYC Program for all business lines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team while maintaining service level standards.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and business unit management.
  • Improve client onboarding processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Independently handle tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders and team members.
  • Generate progress reports and metrics regularly.
  • Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure legal and customer data is maintained in compliance with regulations.
  • Investigate possible compliance matches.
  • Provide insights on AML and CDD matters.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in KYC, AML Compliance, or a related field within the financial industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong people management skills with a focus on detail and the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Collaborative and strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ACAMs, ICA certification, or expertise in AML regulations is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams.
  • Ability to research and interpret complex information for making ethical decisions with integrity.
