About the Opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager, your main task is to cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with VIP B2C customers while exploring and nurturing potential growth opportunities with a broader customer base. By collaborating closely with our Operations and Product teams, you will support Bitpanda's strategic goals by prioritizing customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, experience, and growth. You must be customer-centric, aligning customer needs with business goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster relationships with customers to drive positive outcomes for both customers and the business.
- Utilize data and insights to anticipate customer needs, proactively enhancing key performance metrics.
- Develop and execute customer success plans in collaboration with internal teams, providing valuable feedback for product and marketing improvements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining awareness of market trends, promotions, and industry standards.
- Represent the company at events, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing ROI through post-event engagement.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Digital Customer Success Manager, Account/Relationship Manager, or similar role, demonstrating commitment to customer satisfaction and product excellence.
- Ability to drive business and customer KPIs through analytical insights, strategic planning, and effective communication.
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to build relationships and drive actionable outcomes, both internally and externally.
- Fluency in both German and English, with exceptional communication skills; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Interest and familiarity with cryptocurrencies is a plus, particularly in a crypto or gaming environment.
